Got mine slammed and banging ❤
Love the content. Excellent video and perspective. Thanks
I would like to know if there is a normal 2012 Mustang.?
How do you adjust the front when they’re already on.. my front coil overs had a 1 inch gap and my rear coils were perfect
Never mind you just need to disconnect endlink 1st then adjust
had this specific nut loosen on my tsx, no clunking but it was super bouncy/soft even though i was on the stiffest setting. car feels a lot better then i remember lol
Cool 😎👍
love this
Oh damn thats probably why my front driverside is clunking
my isc coilovers with swift springs came preloaded. after 2 years i see there is just about the same movement like in the video before adjusting. i think the springs are settled in now and i should readjust. is this correct? thanks guys always shouting you guys out on forums for best coilovers as they truly are🤘🏼😎
Great info! You seems really happy with it, I just got 2024 maverick , I might need buy it this month
What if the rear doesn’t have a collar and lock and is just a shock and spring?
What’s Wheel size and tire size ?
How do you adjust the ride height when it only has the one collar
I just pick up my Orangè Red lariat. Going with either 18 or 20’ inch bronze wheels
More Maverick content! Love that truck! ❤
0:53 one thing you didn’t include. Once you get rid of all of the play, this can be referred to as 0 lash (these are the references used when adjusting valves/rocker arms so I’ll go with it lol). When you start this process, there should be a decent amount of play in the spring up and down. You’re gonna run the top collar up (turning to the right/counterclockwise) towards the top of the coil over. You do this until you have removed all of the play that is left in the spring. You should not be able to wiggle the spring up and down. It should be firmly sat in between the top of the coil over, and the top sleeve (the collar that sits right underneath the spring). Next, you will run up the bottom collar, so it just touches the top collar. The collar you were twisting to get rid of the play in the spring will now be sandwiched in between the bottom collar, and the bottom of the spring. At this point, there should be no slack or play on the spring, and both colors should be snug underneath the spring. Do not tighten them at this point. During this step, you will want the bottom collar to remain in its place. You should still be able to turn it by hand, but if not, you can use the tools provided. Firmly hold the bottom of the spring and the collar that sits right underneath the spring together and twist them both simultaneously together towards the top of the coil over. You should still be able to do this by hand. Remember, you want the bottom collar to stay in its place. Make sure nothing else is spinning besides the spring and the collar that sits right below it. You are going to spin the top collar and the spring you have a gap of 5-10mm in between both collars. Once you have confirmed you have the correct amount of space in between the colors, you can now run the bottom collar up towards the collar that sits in between it and the spring. Now you can snug them down and tighten them as much as you want. Remember, you still need to follow the rest of the steps in the video. The rest of the steps are pretty clear so I won’t go over them. Good luck.
Obviously colors means collars and sleeve means collar also
wish you guys showed the car more than the owner
Still need to install mine on my Camaro. 👍
What a beut
Only way to go is ISC 🫶
Nice Build
Hello, do drift cars use oil over?
Hey ISC, bought a G37 recently with your coilovers installed onto them. I was wondering if yall have either a replacement spring perch or tips on how to remove the bolt holding the dial, maybe I’m just not using enough force or if it’s corroded beyond repair but I cannot get it to turn. I’m trying to raise the vehicle to a decent height as my town’s roads aren’t the best. Any help is appreciated, I would hate to have to switch back to oem or even switch to a different set of coil overs. Thank you!
I have a 2016 WRX STI and after quite a bit of shopping around I chose the ISC Street Sport N1 Coilovers with the Triple S Springs. I also bought the coilover covers and rear extenders. I bought them in the middle of this winter and have been waiting for actual spring to get them installed so they should be on soon!.
Looks awesome. What kind of wheels and size??
How low can this truck get?
If I wanted maxx low and removed the whole adjustment piece in the rear and just ran spring would that get me lower?
What size wheel and tire size are you running
This was helpful
Thank you for this video. I think it's no the most accurate way to judge the divorced spring preload in millimeters by eyes. I wonder what if you make it unequal on left and ride sides? Will it affect the ride experience?
What are the specs of the wheels? And which rotiforms are those?
How many inches was the drop ?
This is simple and sounds good but will do nothin for your iat’s when idling or driving around town. It is essentially a hot air intake with no box or even a heat shield. It also eliminates the ram air Ford engineered as well which I’m sure brings in a lot of cool air. Not for me but I’m sure simple and cheap enough for most people.
Yeah I’ve seen this is one of the cheaper set ups they do make a fully sealed box with a ram air
Lost the ram air tunnel, it’s not really healthy for the engine
I knew these would look good slamed when i first saw one in person
Hi, for the rear perch, does does turning in lower, and turning out raise the ride height? Thanks in advance for clarification!
Wheel and Tire size please! :)
Wheel and offset info? have the same color, want to pickup the ISC suspension as well
The rims # ?
God this is beautiful…
What do I do if it becomes stuck and doesn’t turn?
I came here looking for that answer. Mine is currently stuck all the way stiff. Let me know if you got an answer
Does the sport mode force you into 4WD like my 22 expedition does?
Just order one for my e46 , was on sale . Couldnt upgrade to the green apring but hopefully the normal one will dobits job. Lower, with better handling amd more comfortable then a track coilovers.
🔥🔥🔥 looks good ! I have a 2022 Alto Blue Lariat fully loaded turbo !! Dropping it would look positively evil ..!
Where can I get a replacement for the front so I can adjust the damping.
How do adjust the damping on these?
Can these be used in choppy heavy bumps/dips? Think more like mild rally car /Street app. We have a lot of heavy construction zones that pop up and the roads are terrible; I'm trying to decode of I can build a car to handle those conditions without going so far under speed.
I been doingbmy home work on isc after seeing a used set for like 1,200 and i have mever seen that brand for bmw e46. The more i look into the more i want it . Have a shop close by having the n1 on sale for $ 1,400 cad. But then tgeir the v2 n1, whixh making it harder since thwir over 2 k cad . Also besidebthe website , tgeir not enough reviews for v2 and the v1 reviews are all date 5 + years
With this stance and those wheels/tires is there any rubbing at all?
Fire
is it 3mm 5mm or 10mm of preload. It keeps changing in the video.
