Love the song, the band and this post BUT I can't help wondering who the hippy chick is dancing in the robe and what ever happened to her. I imagine she ended up strung out on drugs and sadly died an early death. Hope to god I'm wrong.

John Cipollina was an incredible guitarist, what I don't understand is why he spent years playing with a bunch of provincial bands in the San Francisco Bay Area following his departure from Quicksilver. He was on a higher level. I can't believe he wasn't in demand with high level premier bands. Nothing against the knock around guys, that circled the Bay Area for decades, but SF was no longer the innovative place for music. It's sad that he didn't perform with higher profile bands. I know his health was a consideration too.

One of the best concert, and certainly one of the most fun ever, was Quicksilver at USBC way back when. They were supposedly too loud, and the house kept cutting their power. Real jerks... Then at 10pm the management came out and said they were imposing curfew, and turned off the equipment power for good. The band looked at each other and just started playing again acoustically for another half hour or so... I think... :)

One of the Greatest West Coast Bands from the classic 60s Era. A stellar lineup of talent and songwriting. When you hear an old Quick Silver song it is unmistakable to not recognize their place in History. I love The Alman’ Brothers and Butterfield Blues Band-But these guys had it going on too!!!!
