  Everyone can use the device, some people should start with only drinking the structured water for instance, pregnant women, ladies having their period and people with High blood pressure. Never blow directly on the head on people with High Blood pressure.   Yes it can be as effective, the frequency from the blower can penetrate 20 to 30cm through skin and the optical quartz crystal amplifies the light frequency through the glass container.
