  Your analyses are instructive and beyond satisfactory. What are your thoughts on the company's latest decision to increase authorized share capital? A potential stock split, or an omen for dilution? Having watched your videos, I think dilution will be out of the question for the foreseeable future.   RYGYO is the ticker symbol for Reysas GYO, which is traded on the Borsa Istanbul. RYGYF is the ticker of it's American Depository Receipt (ADR), corresponding to one share of Reysas GYO. This ADR is traded over-the-counter (OTC).

  Well when you are working with limited funds you are wise to buy a great company that happens to be at a discount because you want the biggest bang for your buck. The key is the quality of the company not just that its cheap. I just sold a bunch of shares of a company I bought 3 years ago just because it was cheap. I didn't understan it well enough. I did buy something else with the capital that looks like a great company and at a big diacount.

  Use companies investor relations page and KAP pages for the companies. Some companies don't release english reports but after downloading the Turkish reports you can use Google Translate to translate the PDFs. That is the best way in my opinion :)
