If a patient's bloodwork shows hemolytic anemia, High neutrophils and low lymphocytes; history of iron deficiency, g6pd and sickle cell trait, with elevated blood pressure... could this be exercise induced hemolysis (they worked out at Hugh intensity day before blood work)
Hmmmm very interesting, definitely earned a sub

This helped me
Very informational video. Can you make a video on bumex vs Lasix for patients with kidney disease?
Anyone who purposefully lets me become conscious and aware before removing a breathing tube… Is going to need a breathing tube of their own
Hello Doc from Bali Reptile Rescue. There was a death in the past few days of a local lady (age?) Who was bitten by a venomous snake (Trimeresurus Insularis) whilst haversting coconuts. She was bitten on the forearm. People incorrectly applied a tornique to the upper arm. Not sure how long it was on for, details are still being obtained. She was taken to a hospital. There was substantial swelling to the lower arm. When the Dr released the torniquet she webt inton cardiac arrest straight away and was unable to be revived. The bite from a Viper is in most cases survivable for a healthy adult. Could you address what has likely to have occured? Can supply more details after family finishes grieving. We have been assisting family and the village. Thanks

I'm searching KZread to decide to choose a specialty and this video was great. Thank you.
Uhh Kenny this video is good but lately your vids sound more like being in a physics anatomy class rather than a medfluencer KZreadr! You’ve got to put more of your realistic life into your videos! Let’s see more morning or night routines from you! Or like what you do outside of work where you go where you hang out and just chill! Viewers want to see more of you outside of scrubs like what other clothes do you actually own? Cmon Kenny you’ve got to SPICE IT UP!
I prefer him in his scrubs 😮
repent and trust in Christ for the salvation of sins and hell!
That's a given, but thanks for stating the obvious 😉
Doctor John, questions, do blood pressure medications also bring down primary pulmonary hypertension? Is there treatment for pulmonary hypertension?
I had open heart surgery in 2005. I remember waking when a tube was still in my throat. Before I could figure out what was going I remember the air being blasted into me! The air wasn't cold but wow was it dry!! It was painful to have it blasted in and it took forever for it to stop! It wasn't a long time that I woke but it felt long! The air felt so abrasive without any moisture! Ooowwww! Then I was out again.
RN here, had a quick question & you answered it perfectly. Thanks brother
Hey man I’m 24, about to start med school this fall. Planning on going pulm/crit and have a lot of experience in outpatient and inpatient pulm. Love your videos keep it up.
Hey just wanted to say I really enjoy the quality content on your channel. I did my anesthesia residency at BIDMC, tell the folks there Aamir says hi!
What about ICU shifts. Here in albania anesthesiologist also are required to do mandatory shifts in the general icu of our hospital
This is usually not the case in the US. I'm in Europe and ICU shifts are the bane of my OR loving existence 😅
Depends on what rotation you’re on for the month. Anesthesia does a good amount of ICU shifts throughout residency
Thank you. This helped
Overall great video- but 0:48... yikes
Thanks Kenneth. Sweet. ❤
IN at 7, out by 4, yep that's an MDA resident's schedule. Try being a CRNA and spending 12+ hours there every day.
then maybe don't become a CRNA. He's an MD, you're a nurse. You are not the same.
Can’t compare yourself to an anesthesiologist. He’s a doctor and went to medical school spending 8 years post grad to become a doctor and be trained in anesthesia. You’re a nurse not an MD and definitely not an anesthesiologist.
yeah try studying for 8 years and going hundreds of thousands of dollars into debt.
Ahh not disappointed to see the toxic banter.
So why should a nurse work more.
Nice video
Why is it called auto though? Because PEEP Is given by the ventilator anyway so it's not "auto", it's the PEEP provided by the ventilator in the first place that causes this I guess my question is which part of this process is "auto" Subbed btw
As a chronic marijuana user. I greatly appreciate your input and advice. And I have used it in the 2 weeks prior to having my salping activate. So I won't have any adverse effects whenever I go into surgery. Thank you so much
33M. I had a score of 39! Including the countless tests, blood draws, and meetings it took 2 weeks to get the OK from my transplant team and get put on the list to recieve a donor liver. I was jaundiced but didn't really feel that bad, crazy how close to death I was but didn't even realize until it was explained to me.
Straight to the point ❤️❤️

Awesome short, informational videos! Please keep these coming, as well as mock oral exam Q&As. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience, it is very valued!
My take away from this podcast is importance of creating positive routines. Start with one routine at a time and build upon it.
Excellent job.
