Before my younger sisters introduce me to their friends they warn, "Watch out for my sister Lauren. She will try to mentor you." They are right I love supporting young folks who are trying to figure out their next steps in life. As a woman of color, first-generation college student, I learned a lot of things the hard way. I'm passionate about sharing my lessons learned with others.

And I have a lot to share! This channel will focus on figuring out first jobs after college, creating power networks, following your dreams, and practical advice and tools on adulting. This channel is also an experiment so please be patient with quality as I learn and like/subscribe to motivate me to keep creating more content!
