Yeah, the rain before made for some pretty solid conditions out there. I’m glad I got to ride it in the dry Friday too for the contrast in conditions! You’ve got some epic local trails out there! Will be returning for sure!

I can assure you it was 😂. That first stage (stage 3) was about 10 minutes long, I’d say 6-7 minutes of it was pedaling as fast as you could with all that chunk in between. 😅

Damn the dirt looked nice but that chunky rock garden looked nasty. Well done - I suck at blind riding/racing and I actually don't enjoy it...kudos!

The dirt was perfect for 80% of the stages. Few real muddy/wet parts but otherwise great. This was my first time blind racing since my first race back in 2004? It’s exciting and scary - but I do enjoy it. I certainly could have done better having practiced it, but just wasn’t in the cards for me on this race. Getting a days worth of practice in for Ashland at the end of the month at least!

What are the trails with the jumps? I’ve been riding there for a month and have found a few small jumps, and two lines with a teeter totter and small drop, and another line with 2 slightly bigger drops. Would love to know which trails you’re on here

Pretty great after rain out there. Few puddles and muddy spots, but over all great. That’s a go to spot after storms to ride while we wait for local trails to dry out.

Hey! Thank you! I am using a GoPro Hero 10. Using the chest mount for that. I don’t often ride with a full face, but have been considering switching to one for filming to use the chin mount for even more stable video

Riding at night is super fun. Key is getting good lights. A bar mounted light and one on the helmet is 100% needed for safer riding.
