Okay list, except "The Man who knew too much shouldn't be anywhere near a top 10 of the '50's and Twelve Angry Men should be #1.

No1: Vertigo. No2: Rebecca. No3: North by Northwest. No4: Notorious. No5: Rear Window. Vertigo and Rebecca, could easily be my alltime favorite movies, however, with all the Film Noirs that I love, as also Classic movies, like Ben Hur, Ten Comandmends, Navarone guns and a banch of others, it's difficult to built a top 10, not even a top 50...

Not even close...you missed the #1 film of any decade, and it was the 50’s....The Searchers.....

I’m sure these lists are very subjective. I personally never cared for The Seacher even though I know it’s a classic.

The Searchers is so overrated. The whole film is the two doorway shots, at the beginning and the end. There are 10 different Westerns better than The Searchers.

Quite marvelous, except for no. 10 chosen over 'Strangers on a Train'; 'North by Northwest' and 'Vertigo', to speak of the Hitchcock canon alone.
