  recently i was walking along the sidewalk, right infront of this house, when suddenly someone opened a window and fired what i could only assume (based off scent) was piss at me from a water gun, i've tried to contact the police with this but it's gone nowhere so far.

  I lived next door to this house in East Washington Pa for years. It has a very dark dark history. It had been vacant for 11 years when we moved in. We were told that several past residents had died there , including the previous owner who had slipped in the ball and claw bathtub, hit her head and passed away. Four different families moved in and out of the house while we lived next door. The first family to renovate the house experienced the tragic accidental death of their baby there. The 3rd owners never spent any time outside ,kept dozen of parrots and exotic birds on the top floor and moved out in the middle of the night. I won’t even go into the odd behaviors of the 4th. That would take up an entire separate comment. I think the house is haunted. Here’s a secret, there was a narrow stairway from the 3rd floor directly to kitchen, which was probably walled off when the room was remodeled. When originally built, the unheated top floor was the servant’s quarters. The help could go directly from their quarters to the kitchen without passing thru thr rest of the house.
