  Mr.Suman may not be aware although it is not a problem,An assistant professor can reach to become a Full professor with AGP of 10000/- with in a mere time span of 16/17 years after one's joining whereas state civil servants usually reach GP 7600 by that time so the career prospect of an AP is much better than any of the state civil services including WBCS(exe) and WBPS..!!

  Very poor educational background which makes us suffer more later That is why children from other states pass these exams(UPSC AND OTHER Competitive exam)earlier. These are not taught in school It's just taught to get more marks and be first in class. THUG REALITY😅

  কিছু মনে করবেন না বলতে বাধ্য হচ্ছি। আমি ভিডিও টা দেখতে এসেছিলাম এটা ভেবে sir হয়তো বলবেন কিভাবে বা কোন কোন ভুল না করলে তাড়াতাড়ি হবে upsc clear , কিন্তু শুধু মাত্র এখানে হতাশ এই হলাম। স্যার আমাদের এর পরবর্তী কালে কি করা উচিৎ তা না বলে শুধু education process টার দোষ দিলেন।

  These are the actual true words. Being a second year computer science engineering student belonging from a Bengali medium school, I can feel his words. By reducing the syllabus and giving common questions to the students teachers are actually holding students back from the rest. Studying in the Bengali language is not a backlog, anybody can learn English very fast. But the problem is to remain unknown from the concepts. They are killing us.😢
