  Some of these eco houses are nice, but what they DON'T tell you is what should have your wallet clenching like Scrooge!!! These homes are "cheap" to buy, because they are expensive on upkeep and maintenance.

  Wonder long term what might arise Sharing indoor with outdoor also means inviting critters too right bugs and what ever burrows in 🤔 Esthetics and beauty who cares as much as sustainability future costs repairs laws or zoning allowances availability of back up property utilities 🤷‍♀️ For location San Fernando valley But the price tag forget about it The Colorado one sounded perfect at 2/2 but see actually being marketed as 3/2 instead of w/den 🤦‍♀️ And most definitely not at the appealing price of $180k But now seems they also raised the price tag here by idk 🤷‍♀️ terrible with percentages but by 400% or so according to Turkish and Redfin saying it sold on the 2nd of this month and is currently estimated over a half a million now I’m seeing $512.5k-$540.4k as I speak The thought of buying at one and done is surely a draw to such properties but having the option to stable power grid support also more appealing for as long as we have that until predicted failure of current power grid and emf etc but in that situation world anyone actually even have computers or Netflix unless infrastructures supported that in advance business wise for generating output 🤔 but design layout and amenities Colorado would have been perfect Architecturally best one is the one in thumbnail beautiful blue looking like an old cinema worthy club like marine styled aqua under the sea mermaid palace of sorts So take it all the best of each compile them and you have the perfect earth ship in amenities esthetic visual pleasure sustainability location location location on/off grid compatibility and affordability also enclosure of interior greenhouses to ensure critters are still not invading your human spaces for blood sucking insects burrowing rodents an open skylight for allowing natural rain flow S well as aviary entrance to ecologically maintain and control the ecosystemics of the vegetation family will eventually consume possibly another added structure for meat sources like chicken coop a bunny hutch for two great meat producers as well as eggs with chicken and either a place to house a cow or goat for milk tapping into underground water well source with a good filtration system to make it potable as well and if at all possible a man made fishing hole that funnels through either a stream inlet from a larger source as in a freshwater lake or the ocean so fish can come and go as they like but too you have a chance to catch for food as well or if not at least a place to have a fishery or hatchery to raise fish for consumption as well then I believe you have it all and can keep pretty much self sustaining and by using only amount of land necessary for that amount of sustainability without land greed would be ideal indeed But we can all dream … … can’t we 🤷‍♀️ 🥹🫡

  Shacks. I'm really disappointed in todays builders. There should be finishes, crown molding, corbels, there is nothing to recommend the interior finishes on these structures. They put all their money in the 'illusion' of the exterior build. Where is the marble? Where is the wood paneling?. By the end of the vid I was rather ticked at them.

  Thanks for this post! I played in this place's backyard. I lived very close to it from 1946-1964, born and raised on N34th St & Cumberland. Check it out on Google Maps-it's super close! Great horse chestnut trees grew to the left of the mansion. I am going from 9000 miles away to attend my 60th high school reunion!
