  আমাদের গ্রাম গঞ্জে বেশ কিছু অধিক ধার্মিক জ্ঞান রাখা মানুষ আছে, যারা মেডিটেশন করা ব্যক্তিকে বিধর্মী বলে আখ্যা দিয়ে দেয়, জানেই না নামাজের সঙ্গে মেডিটেশন এর বিরাট একটা গুরুত্ব আছে, দোয়া আমরা অন্য ভাবে যাকে affirmation বলে থাকি, সকালে ও রাত্রিতে এর গুরুত্ব অপরিসীম। স্বয়ং হজরত মুহাম্মদ (সাঃ )গুহাতে মেডিটেশন করতেন বহু জিনিস আছে যেগুলো আমরা গ্রামের মানুষেরা, সঠিক ভাবে জানিই না, অতএব ভেবে চিন্তে ফতোয়া দেওয়া উচিত
