Congrats, it runs awesome! I love how it leans in the corners, and it's stable too! Maybe it could run a bit dryer, by cog moving backwards, or positive prop angle. Happy boating ✌️

Thanks Jan! It's all my boy's work, he experiments with props and strut angles. Cog is difficult to change but positive prop angle has made a big difference.

Nice video Dim! I really like the text boxes 😀 and the boat is turning out great. This hull has a very simple design and with that carbon hatch and your DIY outboard, you give it your own nice touch 👌

Thank you Jan! Indeed, it is very simple almost vintage (1998) design, but I think it has potential... If it runs nicely, it will be interesting an inboard version. The only problem with this wof technique is that you cannot use the sponsors to place your lipos and lower the cog.

…a real build without cnc and 3d printing…is a real build by a real builder…formed and shaped by eye and hand…put together cnced and 3ds parts is assembling and not building…and yes…its valid for scanning compaired to handdrawn or sculpted…as an artist with a fifty years trained eye…i spot the real thing and the unsexy dead expression miles away…nice build and well done and let us all keep using eye and hands…there is a difference that matters all…

Do you want to replicate it for yourself, or start selling it to others? The Twister project has to wait a little, as Jan is very busy at the moment. I really look forward to start that project, but being summer, I can also run my boats now and make videos, which I also enjoy 😎👍

@@CozyRC No selling, just for myself to use it in different hulls. I used air dry clay to make a two piece mold for the lower leg and then carbon fiber. I don't know if it will work 🙃. Have fun Jan with your bolides and see you around.
