  Aerial silks are so much fun and a great workout, but this lady takes the cake! She has to have amazing core & arm strength for the moves. She is absolutely amazing to watch!❤

  I used too do aerial and loved and I’m always impressed by these lovely ladies I unfortunately can’t do it anymore cause I’m now disabled but I sometimes still wish I could watching these beautiful ladies do what they do

  Knee climb, dance wraps, splits, rotisserie to teardrop, hip key spin to thigh hitch to what I’m calling a fairy chair but don’t have the name for, then playing with leg position, back to hip key then secretary I believe. Even just the climb alone is utterly exhausting. This is so beautifully done.

  You know what was really nice? I mean all of it was really nice. But not only was everything perfect and not only did it go with the music perfectly, but it's such a relief to see a choreography smoothly executed and not just constant setting up for drops. Drops are cool and all but one does tire of the drama sometimes, this was so easy on the eye.

  This was one of the first aerial silks videos I watched, and its still one of the few that I feel like could be qualified as a dance. Definitely not an expert here, but the other videos I've seen seem more like they are posing awkwardly with music that doesn't match in the background.

  I keep watching a bunch of aerial silk videos because of corona :( also congrats on seeing this! The chance is super low! take this as a sign for whatever your contemplating:)
