Why you bother adding all your stuff in and your spices and then adding the noodle water and diluting it all?? I mean, if I was gonna add noodle water (which I never do), why would you add it at the end? It makes no sense. You built your taste profile and then you blew it all to hell 😳

I remember being told by my Italian colleague when I was working with NATO that Alfredo sauce is only prepared for Americans in restaurants in Italy. It is a recipe you make for your children when they have an upset stomach. And it's not called alfredo. Personally, if I want pasta for dinner I love this sauce mixed with peppers, mushrooms and grilled chicken. But my colleague said my version wasn't even Italian.

I made this today.. kinda disappointed compared to my original recipe. Coat the noodles with some butter and then spoon cottage cheese over it and then the meat sauce. Lots less calories and fat

I finally cracked and started watching Love is Blind. I Started off with the most recent season for Brazil and was hooked! These people are nuts LOL. Sleeping with a stranger on the first night of meeting them??? Then I watched the most recent season of the American edition. Supposedly these people get a psychological eval before the show however they missed a few lunies!! This Mexico edition is going to be very interesting.... Looking forward to the UK and Habibi edition 😄. This show is pure comedy and entertainment. I'm still hopeful for a longterm loving relationship ❤
