  5.3 mil for a home. The place is in the middle of nowhere practically on its way to Oakville (literally a 30 minute walk) and the best schools are a 2 hour drive from the location. I can’t even justify 4 million for this location. You can buy a slightly smaller separated home in the heart of Toronto in a quiet neighbourhood and have a spare 3 million dollars to go towards renovations and a new car. Won’t be suprised when this property sells for 2 million max 3 million

  I don’t even think that this house has even sold yet. It’s Insanely over priced for what you get in comparison to others in the area and I had some concerns about the foundation (not a new build) etc… when I was browsing it in 2022. It’s been on the market since 2021 through every real estate in Mississauga, with virtually every real estate company in Mississauga and surrounding area.
