That was informational. Can you do an indepth of useful info for sewing knits (stretchy fabric)? What are the things to watch out for, differences between sewing non stretchy vs stretchy fabric. Thankyou! Also sewing machines, which ones are more versatile for both fabric types.

Thank you so much for this truly! I am someone who is not a beginner as my mother taught me the basic when i was young and i knit and crochet but....its been years since i have sewn something that wasn't just a repair of some kind. I've made it my goal this year to make at least 10 completely homemade garmets or accessories. Watching this video was so helpful! Very detailed and explained. I look forward to your next video. You sold me for sure. Subscribed immediately!

@sewbakemake I'm so glad to have found someone that makes complete sense! I completely understand summers are always so crazy! I'm working a thrift flip of sorts at the moment. Old button-up mens shirt into a skirt. It's turning out great so far. Had a little trouble with measuring and seam allowance, but I think I have it down almost. I used a skirt that I already had as the guide. It was worn out, so it was a good one to use. I'm trying to figure out how to finish the top. 😅

PDF patterns that you print at home are the size you need to cut, you just have to tile the pages together. Most pdf patterns come with a large format file you can print at a copy shop that you can just cut or trace the pieces from
