  I have 2008 1.6d (240nm) its fast enough. I like volvo little more han my previous bmw 2.0 petrol. Bmw had more hp but volvo has little more torgue. I live in finland and here highest speed limit is only 120km/h but often i drive on those roads about 140-150km/h like some others.

  I have the exact same car. Same year. First owner. 325K kilometers. Transmission (4-speed automatic) and original engine. Serviced exactly on time only at the importer's garage and only original parts. Love the 4th gen Legacy. Spacious, comfortable, pleasant to drive and so special to drive. The best and most beautiful Legacy. I prefer it to all the everyday cars you can buy. There is not a single new car I want in its place. Maybe only its 6-cylinder version. Takes care of it with the intention of continuing to drive it for the next 10 years. It's just a shame that there are parts that are no longer produced for it and you have to start looking in scrap yards.
