Yall a bunch of whack jobs
The gripper looks kinda small in your hand. You must be over 6ft tall, my problem is I'm 5' 9 and the # 3 is kinda bulky in my hand but I'm getting there and also what difference between the # 2.5 and # 3. I've been working on it for about a year now. Nice video
Insane man, this was an awesome watch!
I watched and it seem like colosed and not closed, for sure he don't show and dont hold its was fast. I use 0,25 and like need one milimetre for to close. light and video its very bad , Now every smartphone filming 4K and if you put sume lantern its perfect for camera.
For his kilograms weight it's strong
I watch at least a part of this twice a week minimum
I am confused, it's a man right?
Stunning technique. To keep that bar smack bang in the middle of his centre of balance and make it look easy
Thats a man
Bro made fucking sure he got that certification 😂
19:58 when a car pulls up when you squatting
Clear, clean closes. Good job man. Crushed it.
Awesome
The impressive thing for me is him doing this with average length hands. Gives me hope as a guy with 7.75 inches hands
Did he get it?
🏳️🌈🏳️🌈🏳️🌈♂️👍🦋🦅🐉✨🌞
impressive
Damn, putting the video on the slowest speed while Vanev is grunting gives some nice horror like sounds 😆
that's amazing, it seems like the grip itself was not the limiting factor on that 4th rep which is absolutely incredible.
He failed! Period!🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫
Impressive. I'm curious, how does someone's size and body weight factor into their "relative grip strength". For example, you'd expect a guy who's 6'4 and 280 to be naturally a lot stronger than a guy who's 5'7 and 140. As someone who's 155lbs. I don't think closing a 4 is within my genetic potential.....so the question is, given that I'm half the size of the guy in this video, if I close a 3, will it be as impressive as him closing a 4? or something like that? Right now I'm between the 2 and the 2.5
He’s throwing around 315 like child’s play.
Easy man 👊💪
Dmitry is the only person in the world who was able to close Coc 4 recently from the packaging, from the card. Without any montages and clever tricks.
Awesome, now do it without any rails.
Looks like a fit adin ross😂
not 1 grunt
❤
Wow, he closed it effortless! You got to make him the 4,5 now😅
do you have to close it twice, seen two videos now where they do that
Leg Day? :) Amazing
in regards to those very light (relative) cleans he does. does he just hold the bar in his hands like a over head press (OHP) or does he legit rest it on the center of his clavicle?
it didn't fully closed...!
