The gripper looks kinda small in your hand. You must be over 6ft tall, my problem is I'm 5' 9 and the # 3 is kinda bulky in my hand but I'm getting there and also what difference between the # 2.5 and # 3. I've been working on it for about a year now. Nice video

The impressive thing for me is him doing this with average length hands. Gives me hope as a guy with 7.75 inches hands

that's amazing, it seems like the grip itself was not the limiting factor on that 4th rep which is absolutely incredible.

Impressive. I'm curious, how does someone's size and body weight factor into their "relative grip strength". For example, you'd expect a guy who's 6'4 and 280 to be naturally a lot stronger than a guy who's 5'7 and 140. As someone who's 155lbs. I don't think closing a 4 is within my genetic potential.....so the question is, given that I'm half the size of the guy in this video, if I close a 3, will it be as impressive as him closing a 4? or something like that? Right now I'm between the 2 and the 2.5

Dmitry is the only person in the world who was able to close Coc 4 recently from the packaging, from the card. Without any montages and clever tricks.

in regards to those very light (relative) cleans he does. does he just hold the bar in his hands like a over head press (OHP) or does he legit rest it on the center of his clavicle?
