  As a country yes its young, but you can visit deira and al rass side to the modern history of dubai (late 19th century), or you could visit some great archeological sites in sharjha and um al quwein. In terms of parks there are some great parks with diffrent theams al safa park (open green space), mishrif park (natural forest), zabeel park (modern with multiple of attractions), mamzar park ( beach and private cabanas), quranic park (theamed park)

  Nice video, lots of good points and it sounds really a great place to be, however the air pollution is really a huge concern in the long run, they really should get a handle on that issue.

  I wish I could like Dubai but what I can't stand about it is its snobbery. You pointed out that it's ILLEGAL to be homeless. What kind of society is this?? I also noticed that everyone is the same. You look like everyone else there. There's no edge whatsoever. No room for eccentricity or subcultures. But that's Muslim society in general for you.
