  Context: Renge met a new friend her age who was visiting her grandma during summer vacation and the two have been playing every day for the last few days. And during this scene the girl's grandma tells Renge that her friend suddenly had to go back home due to her father's work Spoiler: The girl, Honoka, not only writes Renge a letter later on telling her that she'll come back next summer but she actually returns in Season 3 and the two of them can hang out and spend lots of time together again! The two of them are best friends

  I cried during this scene, i cried many times watching Non Non Biyori while become a company's slave, this anime are suppose to be calm and enjoyable but man... im from country side too and this anime hit me many times like a truck bruh, the nostalgic is insane 😭

  I've always thought it was amazing how long they hold the take on Renge's face, but I've never timed it until now. It's over 45 seconds, which is much longer than I realized.

  these types of incidents are good lesson if we have encountered in our childhood , no one remains forever in your life , i also had friends but they all left . yes its lonely but being lonely like this is far better than more betrayals in your upcoming life.
