Let’s be honest. Every 2 stroke with a clutch is a blast to ride on! It’s only 4 strokes that you see a big difference in power. Yamaha should make a YZ125 with the YZ85 chassis. Or YZ125SW.

Nice looking bike but that price seems a little steep. Doesn't even have Brembo's, and the suspension is just average. The Triumph Street Triple RS seems like a better buy performance-wise. And then you have to buy the fairing. $+++

I currently have a Street Triple Moto2 which is a very similar machine... but now I'm in danger of having 2 🙂 I really like this... it has just about everything you would want, and it looks great. Needs the race kit and not as keen on the grey, but well done, Yamaha.

beautiful bike, but they screwed it by not adding the lower fairing as standard. the grey model does not come with the rear cowl also?

Good interview and bike summary, but having only 3 years experience is it not better to get an experienced rider to try and talk about the bike. Yes this bike is a good one for newbies, but it's also for anyone, I've got 47 years experience and have has all sorts of bikes from an AP 50 to a fireplace, I now have a speed 400 as one of my bikes and its brilliant and good enough for anyone ,just please stop going on about it being a beginners bike
