  It seems like Jackie Chan might have confused Turkey with another country, possibly Poland, because Turkish people are known for their strong preference for dubbing. It's a significant topic, and some of the best theater actors contribute to voiceovers in Turkey. Still a funny story :)

  I don’t know Jackie seen which movie at which channel but he is wrong about Turkish dubbing. Türkiye probably has the best dubbing traditions and results at world. As a fiftytwo years old Türkish citizen i never seen even one example as Jackie said. Even at cheap movie channels or cheap advertisings. I guess he confused about country cause as all we know there are a few countries like he said. But not Turkiye for sure.
