    Who has that leadership formula that makes a difference in the world, given the multiple crises in the world and it is getting worse. The polls show little confidence in leadership, do you have the formula? I know leadership can make a difference. Are your programs based on leadership's grand theory? If so, I know you have the formula.

    “Many many years of continuity” sounds like “many many years of” nepos, nepotismo, nepotism... not necessarily based on merit alone. I think that sounds like a tough job cleaning up and putting out fires, instead of developing new ideas and innovation to carry Peruanos into the next century as an economic force, supported by the country’s love of academics already. “There is no ladder to climb, when the top rung is reserved for a certain name.” Forbes magazine.♥️ Growth trickles up from the point of leadership. Development trickles down from the point of leadership. Not horizontal progress. But lateral, to the future. The skies the limit...♥️

    During your assisted single leg squat, be careful that your knee doesn't go past your big toe when your thigh is parallel to the floor. Pull your elbows in a bit--hands are too far apart during push ups. Hands should be in line with shoulders. I stopped video here, unwilling to see how you perform your pull ups.
