  So after 2 years of this video I'm stuck with the same problem. The updates is, by now there is no My Installed Games section in Rockstar Games Launcher's settings only launcher settings. So solution 2 is out, I tried all the others and nothing helped.

  Reposting @vk99x comment Solution: On your Windows 10 or 11 PC change the resolution to High (settings > display > graphics > pick fallout 3exe AND fallout 3 launcher), then go into "options" on both the game and the launcher, change each to High graphics option. Save and apply. Reopen Fallout 3 and it opens fine. When all else failed for me, this worked. It is probably your fix as well. try this!!!!

  THIS IS HOW I FIXED THE ISSUE FOR ME: If you do not care about your capture galary or any other settings like that, delete your user from your PlayStation OR initialize the ps4. After this is done, you can sign in as a new user and the issue is fixed. Of course if you care about your capture galary there's an option of storing them on a USB and later importing the data back into the PlayStation

  I found a fix STEP 1 open steam go to library STEP 2 hover over beatsaber and right click STEP 3 hover over manage STEP 4 click on browse local files STEP 5 click and hold left click or right click and select al the files (the blue box need to be over all files mening all are selected) click the trash can to delete all selected files STEP 6 go back to steam and right click on beat saber STEP 7 click PROPERTIES go to installed files and click "verify integrity of game files" and wait for all the important files to download and done STEP 8 open beat saber and play (might need to re download or change version of game to play with mods)
