if you want to have a more simpler understanding of most of the hololive v-tubers a youtuber called Dream World Witch has a beginners guide to set of videos. they mostly go over their personalities and aspects of them when they stream. most of which will end up often influencing who they collab with or the type of music they do. an example of this would be about subaru who despite not being a duck and her lore being an e-sports mangers was basically gaslit by both her fans and coworkers into accepting she was a duck thanks to her ASMR voice sounding like Donald Duck and now is a member of holotori (holobirds) which is a sub unit of hololive members from all their branches (English, Indonesian, and Japanese) who are in some way related to or are birds of some type. and their first original unit song is called Holotori Dance. things like will tend to come up either in their MVs or lyrics. with Kanata she is supposed to be an Angel but she has grip strength of about over 40 kg leading to her fans to calling her a gorilla so some of her MVs will lean into her having gorilla like strength. Dream World will also end up droping their own recommended songs the problem with it now is that most of them have done more songs since Drean uploaded them so they are a bit out of date but it is still a good place to get an idea of the type of songs genres they either focus on or on how they spread into other genres.

If you want some more context on concerts for vtubers: It's usually not outright stated, but most vtubers will prerecord concerts especially if they have guests join them or at least prerecord those sections. It's usually only music focused vtubers that will do concerts live. It's not 100% confirmed, but for this concert most likely the only "prerecorded" part happened in the middle of the concert where she was doing some cool special effect stuff. This section is almost certainly live. Would highly recommend checking out the full concert even if it's just on your own time because it's pretty cool.

Whats fucked up, Anenome is like her 4th best song (in my opinion ofc), but its still a banger. If you want more Towa, i strongly recommend Pallette, My Roar, and UFO. UFO is a damn ramen ad and still goes harder than 95% of anything out there. When Towa first joined, there was some drama with Towa having a male voice in the background of a stream and she collaborates with guys, and a loud minority of the JP fans were shaming her and giving her shit.(weird delusional parasocial crap). She was close to quitting over it, but the overseas fans started invading her streams and supporting her a fuck ton. She realized that she could be herself and would be supported and loved because shes a badass. If you watch Pallette, turn CC on. That song is all about the lyrics that SHE wrote. Its kind of a public statement.

Towa is one of my favorite artists from Holo but yeah their roster of singers, dangers and talents is crazy. The thing about it is the PR and respect Cover and Hololive have from the fans and casual viewers has allowed them to grow immensely with them becoming 1 of the most sought-after jobs for upcoming talents. This has allowed for the company to receive many applications and they choose those who fit with their ideal investments. For example not every talent is super good at singing but they excel at other things like drawing, playing instruments, working with equipment or dancing.
