This channel will feature useful technical tips and information on many subjects. When I owned Delta Automation, I provided videos about PLCs and VFDs that should save you both time and money.
Since I have sold the business, my videos will cover a variety of subjects: cars, automotive, military trucks, cooking, farming, and other various projects that I work on.

The previous owner modified it, poorly I might add. I redid most everything he did. Gives me a lot more room and storage.

What was the initial timing on the crank prior to dropping the distributor in. Sounds great sir. Thank you for the reply.

I put the engine at TDC and pointed the distributor in with the vacuum port disconnected and the line plugged. Started the engine and set it at 6-8 degrees. Then connected the vacuum line and went to about 22 degrees. After running a bit I set it by the vacuum gauge.

I put the damper on TDC of #1 and dropped the distributor in. I turned the distributor as I cranked it to get it to run. I blocked the vacuum line and set it at about 8*. With the vacuum line attached, I set it to 25ish* both using a timing light.

The chrome trim is added with the visibility group option. Check your Marti Report for this option. There is also a side trim piece. BTW, I have a very similar Mach 1 in Wimbledon White only mine has a Dark. Red interior (3DA).

Can you tell me which starter motor you used on this set up. I've tried several and they all just howl/scream when you turn the key. SCJ and CJ flex plate ring gears are different diameters.

I used a powermaster. I'm not sure of the exact model. My 428SCJ has a 4 speed flywheel, but before that I had a auto flex plate and C6. Used the same starter on both. If you'd like I can get the model number of the power master unit that I have.
