  So glad you are doing well sweets. Food doesn't taste any different for me, but I can't say that I enjoy eating anymore. It always makes me feel kinda shitty. It can take me a half hour after I eat to feel ok again, even when I do not get that full.

  So glad to hear your loss this week was amazing! 3lbs, woot woot girl! You know shark week treats me wrong, but we are both going through that crap. Oh well, we are both looking fantastic as well. Small price to pay to be able to wear a bikini, right? haha! Congrats girl, the change between you now and that picture on the wall is amazing!

  Your period was very much like mine. I couldn't eat anything the few weeks after it. It was crazy, my restriction was on point. I must say you are looking fab this week! Keep it up sweets!

  what about walking? that could be beneficial for you, I appreciate your videos! I'm from Canada and meeting with my surgeon this coming Wednesday. In Canada it is a very long process to have it covered my insurance, but it's worth not having to pay 17 grand!

  +Rachael Titchener I walk everyday, and yes it is very beneficial, i am just bored with only being able to do that as I had become very active before surgery. I am glad you like these videos and I hop they give you some insight into life with the sleeve. Good luck with your surgeon on wednesday, it was a long process for me here in the UK as well. Hope all goes well xx

  Thank you, its been two years waiting for the phone call and then after this aparently up to another year with all the tests that I have to do and being on the surgery list, but its worth it..I'm choosing to be the best version of me I can be! I hope you try yoga and let us know how it goes :)

  *I have tried a lot of products however I love this WeightLossGreenStoretea as I don’t get the jitters that I have experienced with other. I also like it for the energy it gives me to last the day. On top of this I have lost a few pounds without changing my diet in the first month. Can't wait to see the results at the end of the second month*.
