I've just signed on with a local hospice so it's too soon to report, other than to say they reach out every day to see what need and deliver in the same day. I learn as we go, and they learn about me as we go. Welcome it as a good next step on your journey, the sooner the better. Sure beats just outright wanting to die and be "done with it."
