  NIO does not care much about sales in Europe yet, a sales rep in Germany told me. They run at minimal expenses focusing on building the infrastructure first. If someone wants to buy a NIO, they sell. But there's barely any marketing nor an effective sales push. Also they seem to have problems finding the good people there (my personal opinion).

  @@phumudzosiphoro I don’t think you have a clue how much it takes to produce a car… imagine someone ordering 1 bag of chips and they have to do all that work for one bag, all the equipment that is needed… Yeah you have no idea what it takes to produce a specific model car… Why do you think NIO states it has to sell at least 20k onvo’s a month to break even? You need to do a whole lot more research so you get an idea of reality

  Well Tesla sells very few model s and model x. The et9 won’t drive them to profitability it will be the cheaper cars. Tesla model y and model 3 is what made Tesla profitable.

  There’s only 1 car company that thinks battery swapping is a good idea. Does that concern you? Remember our old Nokia phones all had swappable batteries but these days all phones have integrated batteries that are not swappable because faster charging and bigger capacity batteries made it unnecessary to swap. Any comparison to be made?

  It's Not 1, I I think if my memory serves me well the are now 7 companies namely, Geely, Cherry, Jac, Lotus, Changan etc BYD and CATL also announced a partnership where they will be producing battery swapping stations. Over and above that they are companies like Evogo and other that are deploying battery swapping stations, it's just that they are not that popular. So yes battery swapping is a brilliant idea.

The monthly Nio numbers is always higher than the monthly total of the weekly insurance registration numbers which only record insurance registration for China.

  NIO stock price is 4.44 dollars at close on 1st July. This number is considered extremely unlucky in China and means death death death. I am not a NIO bull so I sometimes post on these hype videos just to give an alternative opinion. I can tell you I’ve been right for a long time in saying consistently that NIO is garbage and this business is very badly managed.

  Would you mind expounding on your sentiment about the company being badly managed. I know they have been badly managed in the past and maybe that's part of the reason why the valuation spiralled. But they seem to have pulled their socks up in recent times. Sales are up, R&D is winding down. They're making swap stations great again. The company is currently valued less than their cash and fixed assets. That should be illegal coz it doesn't evn make any sense. Don't you think there might be light at the end of this tunnel?
