  What state did you buy land? I'm thinking of doing something similar, but putting two tiny houses together or just getting a small kit or modular home... semi on grid off grid.

  It looks very nice in the woods and all. How are the mosquitoes? I love home grown tomatoes. I would definitely have to make a space to grow tomatoes and some blueberry plants. You can grow tomatoes in a flower pot. You can get blueberry plants for about $15 each and they grow well in that kind of environment. Get "Blue crop" variety and they will pay for themselves in one year or two. That is the main commercial variety of blueberries grown in the U.S. I can just smell that blueberry pie baking right now. Use a little tapioca to absorb that juice and firm up the pie and blueberry jam is great also, blueberry muffins etc. I have 5 blueberry plants and they produce a lot, all you need. You will enjoy them for sure. I love the walking path. You have done well.

  We have an Airbnb (in progress), in western NY near Lake Erie & after the first 6 mos we did not drain our pipes (we don’t use it in winter. Thank God the pump shut the well off due to no water flow), Well, low & behold our area lost power and the pipes burst.

  How is the Nuwater working? My county has required I include one. How loud is the air pump? I like its simplicity, but am still a little disappointed I had to have a pre-treatment system.

  Congratulations on getting your land and another tiny house 🏠 😊. This was an awesome story and I enjoyed it. Thank you for sharing. Who knows, maybe one of these days my Son and I will have us a little piece of land and a home. Right now we stay in a government apartment. I can't get around very well and have some health problems, so my Son is still living with me to help me. We've been wanting to get a place of our own though. Hopefully it will happen 🙏.
