  My aunt did this for a time. Occasionally she would do her automated voice as a joke, and it is UNCANNY. It’s a combination of a slightly high pitch, accent-neutral voice; i.e. Midwestern or PNW dialect, and a certain cadence to the way you talk. The more you know.

  Her voice has been used throughout Lucent / Avaya for YEARS! As a professional in this industry, I get a real kick out of seeing a human recite "Your call is being answered by Audix!". The remainder is, "Enter your password, then, press pound!" in the same, cheery, voice!
