    I always follow the guideline from Washington DC. I never had TikTok, but installed it after they said it was bad. I even bought an extra Huawei, because Huawei is so bad. Now, they say Kaspersky is bad. Good! Now, I know for sure that Kaspersky does NOT have any backdoors. I will use Kaspersky only for the future. Symantec with all it's backdoors are crap anyway. So, always follow DC's guidelines. 😂😂

    Nothing mentioned about data storage and securities. That's probably the biggest and main concerns from IT. No company would want to compromise their data sits outside the organisations.

    Most teams in the US don't use Kaspersky when they started making news around 2017... not dumb, just not paying enough attention to your vendors and supply chain!

    Hmmm.... Yes, they are Russian... However, maybe do a little research on exactly how the situation played out resultibg in this ban. Kaspersky didn't breach any of the terms their EULA as agreed on install. Almost all AV vendors have options for end users to opt in too some kind of upload of files with suspicious signatures. The suspicious file signatures that Vendor's use tend to be recovered by means of forensic analysis tools etc after a client or enterprise system has been targeted and exploited. In this instance I believe it was a number of hacked (using various tailored payloads; this showing a competency more than your standard social engineering, phishing attacks)) Russian companies/banking institutions/utilities etc that Kaspersky had identified specific signatures within each file. (Signatures can be common text strings, symbol names, hases of specific sections, resolving IP/ DNS addresses of the cqlving the C& Of note once Kaspersky updates their AV Engine, its able to detect these signatures within files, and if the end user has cosen to participate in sharing suspicios files (to help out the wider customer base) As it turns out the end user of this system was a contractor for the NSA. For some reason, which should never have happened, the contractor had a collection of most of what we now know as Vault 7 on his laptop at home. (In my opinion, the contractor is to bla cme for the not insignificant financial loss in these malware tools becoming public knowledge) Couple this with the fact that the version of Kaspersky the contactor used was indeed CRACKED itself..... Generally its released that cracked software contain backdoors, so imagine how silly it is for a government contractorcyber securoity contractor, who shoukd know better, to be using a craced version of a Ru www.bbc.com/news/technology-42009599

    Must we really find an alternate vendor? You made us a list.. I don't necessarily agree that a third party anti virus is crucial. You fail to mention an operating system but I assume we are talking windows. What is wrong with defender? Why should we trust this new one? Can you back up these companies as trustworthy? Why do we still trust Sony after they brute force installed a root kit, bricking windows installs? I don't know what your company does but this video is shady. "I hope you learned something from this video"...? I learned that InvGate exists. I learned that they think a bad actor, a really really smart bad actor, funded by a world power, the scariest kind! would be nice enough to 'uninstall' itself. 😂 Or, maybe they know better but want to sell things.. I would not be so harsh if you were just a KZreadr but you are giving out empty, bad advice, representing a company. The video is all polished but has no substance. I guess I was not ready to see this. Looking at the site, i just see ghe gpt wrapper 'tools' as a bunch of buzz words. Im in the wrong business, sorry. McDonald's, NasA, you guys are crushing it with the 'neat github wrappers' ! I wont hate the player, but yhe game lol

    This. Windows defender is very good now since microsoft has been collecting telemetry for ages. That and no anti-virus will prevent you from clicking "allow this program to run as administrator when it pops up. Don't hit accept if you don't trust it and let microsoft defender do its think and you are fine.

    i want to generate a report based on the helpdesk group. if a ticket is routed from 1 helpdesk group to another. how can I see those tickets count in dashboard or pull the report
