  Phase #2 houses are less expensive, up higher on the hill, better views, but 1 story houses instead of 2 story houses, with 3 beds and 2 baths, fully furnished.

  As of now, it looks like that as we are still under construction. In this video we did not show the main pool and restaurant being built, along with other things, however once complete, it will have a skatepark, waterslides, restaurant and bar, golf area, pickleball, rock climbing and a lot more. At that time, we will make another video.

  I own at playa Marsella. It's like a lake. But around the point is play maderas. Maderas has surf. They hold surf competitions . And it's only a short drive to San Juan del sur. Many of the beaches are isolated and they get boring after a few days.

  Im a trucker, ive been to all lower 48 states, and 11 countries. My fondest memories is 1. Nicaragua 2. Cuba 3. Korea. This video reminds me of such a great time. I rolled my own cigars and watched sea turtles lay eggs. And got stranded in a jungle. Perfect trip!😊

  Hay gente en Nicaragua que agarra el pinto y lo re-tuesta varias veces y queda rico porque queda como seco y combina bien con la natilla y los otros acompañamientos. El pinto de acá de Costa Rica es como más húmedo pienso yo, sabe bueno por si solo. Pero eso del pinto tostadito que aveces hacen allá tiene su toque ahí crujiente que me gusta también. Lo hace combinar con lo que no es seco. Noté apenas me vine a vivir a Guanacaste que aquí hay mucha gastronomía similar, así como seca, los quesos son mas secos y los panes de maíz también, porque la idea es que combine con el café y la natilla por ejemplo. Si uno se va a costa rica, la cultura culinaria del valle central se basa más en preparaciones tiernas y húmedas, así por ejemplo los quesos tiernos, queso palmito, los tamales asados y panes de maíz, y si vas a Guanacaste es más como el queso salado y ahumado como el de nicaragua y los panes son secos....es muy interesante
