I'm very happy with my cars performance after stage 1 ecu/tcu but I'm really frustrated that I can't find a manual for the app... why is it soo hard to find info about the app? I'm trying to find out on the readiness check page if the green circle is good or bad???

So if I order the Stage 1 tune on your website, does it come with all stage 1 versions (91, 93, e85) or do they need to be bought separately? Also, what about the high torque stage 1? Thanks!
Yes, that is correct. When you purchase the stage 1 tune it comes with all stage 1 files, so you would get all of the different octane files and high torque.

what happens when i do the tune without the battery
You risk the ECU dying which can create flashing issues. If you are flashing between files it's a much quicker process and it won't typically kill the battery. If you are flashing from stock to the tuned file, we recommend a charger.

That screw should be a M6 thread with a 10mm length.

Anyone have experience with this system? I run MIlltek today and am not happy with the system. The valves are on their second replacement in two years.
Can you imagine this in a tiny little formula car? It would be a RIOT lol. That torque curve is as flat as the Lower Peninsula.

i own the mk7 performance manual (230 hp) and don´t have that exhaust pops. This is only achievable with the auto mk7 or is there any way to have it? thx!
With our stage 2 tune, there is an option for crackle on it. It works on both manual cars and automatic cars.

For B9 A4/A5? Yes, there is a crackle file on stage 2.

Crackles are included with stage 2 files. There would be an option for you to flash a crackle file when you flash the car.

Ive been running a Stage 1 tune on my B9 RS5 for about a year and it has been amazing. Hasnt changed reliability, just keeps the thrills coming. Also, it is a work car that has 130k miles on it and still feels solid.
Damn a b9 rs5 with 130k is crazy, my s4 is barely reaching 106k this gives me hope lol
How many decibel is it louder than stock? i would need no professional measurement but just a guess
Hey what if I have half 91 and half 93, what tune would you recommend I do or do I just make sure to fill up a full tank so the fuel is constant?
I would stick to a 91 tune if that is the case. Then burn that tank and if you have access to 93 you could always fill up with 93 and then flash the 93 file.

The "IM" version is for an aftermarket intake manifold. If you have that installed you will flash that file. Otherwise you'll flash the normal file.

9 years later and its still no where to be found.
This particular project was an in-house engineering exercise to test other development parts. Much of it would not work in a car (for example, the headers would be below pavement) or wouldn't be advantageous for street cars. This build at the time resulted in us releasing a high-compression piston and rod kit along with camshafts; however, the sales numbers were too low to support their continued production, and we were forced to discontinue those kits.
I'm in a 2020 GLI and just installed the trueflex sensor and the hpfp internals. I'm having trouble with flashing the "trueflex install" file. It keeps erroring out on me. I even put my tcu and ecu back to stock and it still won't accept it. Everyone on KZread that does it looks like they don't even flash the install file. They just go straight to the stage 1 or 2 trueflex high or low torque file? What am i doing wrong here?
Don't flash the TrueFlex install file, you shouldn't need to flash that one. Just flash directly to the stage 1 or stage 2 TrueFlex file that you are wanting to be on. If you continue to have trouble, please reach out to support.

I wish you guys showed off the drive modes more. I’m stage 1 right now and the comfort drive mode is absolutely horrible lol. Just to much torque, I can’t wait till I can get this tcu tune 😂😂
The drive modes work and function same as stock, they don't have the programming functionality to reduce torque or power output, it's all in the shift behavior. Sounds like our TCU tune would be a great upgrade for you.

Yes, you can switch the units in the settings portion of the app.

The Gen 2's have a different security access and changes in the box code that make it so we can't tune them currently. We are looking into it but no ETA of when those will be tuned.

How do I check what dsg I have?
If you contact support, they can help you find our which you have. Also if you connect your Powerlink device and go to the transmission tuning portion, it will show available files in there if you have the Gen 1 DSG that we can tune currently.
I just got my IE stage 2 with Crackle and sounds terrible we diffidently need a more aggressive crackles
