If you’re living on the coast, would only buy a block home. If you live inland. It’s ok. If it’s a new home, have it treated with bora-care. It will permanently protects against fungus, and termites.

Thanks for the comment. We would never recommend choosing materials based on being “cheap”. We recommend making sure to keep the wood frame homes sealed from the elements. We do have a termite video as well (not posted) we send to our contacts. Thanks for your input
I've lived in Port Orange for 15 years and I love the nature part of it; we have every kind of bird you can imagine pretty much. If you love wild life then you will love Port Orange. I deliver food for a living so I get to explore the whole area.

LPT Realty is a copy cat model of EXP. I don’t blame them I would want to copy EXPs model as well. At least it’s better than the other brokerages out there.
Close. LPT offers no monthly fee. Also caps at $15k for 80/20 split. And the big difference is they offer $500 flat fee for agents not ready for a 80/20 split with rev share. And that $500 flat rate caps at $5k. So it makes it the best brokerage, and so far the fastest growing.

LPT is just another in a long line of pyramid scheme brokerages. Like EXP, KW, etc. It's all about creating downstream revenue from agents you bring on. It's not about real estate, and definitely not about customer service. It's about making money for the top tiers. #amway

That alone saved myself thousands LPT offers so many tools like Chime as well as signage and mailers with their power pack. We also have brokers, mentorship, and legal support all in house. No monthly fees We have radio and commercial availability So for realtors wanting to sell real estate that speaks to us here. I
Not sure if you realize but EXP Realty was the number #1 brokerage in real estate transactions last year according to real trends. EXP completed over 350k transactions……. How can you say it’s not about selling real estate? There are amazing incentives EXP gives for selling real estate. The rev share is just a cherry on top. Also pyramid schemes are illegal not sure if you realize that as well. Please explain how a company who is on the NASDAQ and audited quarterly is able to run a pyramid scheme lol. Best of luck!
@@TheGoswitzTeamRealtors According to Real Trends, EXP is #3 in transactions last year behind Realogy and HomeServices. And both those brokerages accomplished that with less agents. With companies like EXP, LPT, KW and the like, it will always be about agent count. That is the only way to support their "rev sharing" pyramid model. And anytime agents get paid based on anything other than commission or sales income, then it's not about real estate, it's about agent recruiting. Btw, EXP agents are some of the lowest paid and sell the least per agent in the country, which backs up what I'm saying. It's just about warm bodies and not about actual real estate.
