Nuts on the inside only spells doom to your ankles. Nuts on the outside

It's a nice build, but depending on what you want to do may not be what you need. Not smooth on inside, not easily removable, a lot of weight. It is solid, and it does look good.

My favorite part of this video is how it illuminates the NEED to wear a mask up there if you plan to move insulation around. The amount of particles flying around in your video was eye opening! I was planning on going up there this weekend and I'll DEFINITELY wear a mask now, thanks for the video!!

Great video. I have this same situation. I was thinking of getting a sheet of 3/4 plywood and cut into three sections the long way.

Is it hard to drill thru metal? I hoped to hear more on this. I've drilled lumber a lot, but not metal. Do you burn out your drill or ruin parts easier doing metal? And how to avoid? Thanks.

Hello my friend. There are metal drilling bits that will work a little better although normal wood drill bits will work if you are in a pinch.

Appreciate the vid. I like the plastic snow shovel idea. How thick is the plywood you use?

So why did you go with this set up versus just using plywood to build the sides?

Could I use sqaure ubolts instead of drilling thru my trailer?
@glennnelson3275Ай бұрын
Yes - there's a video with the same style Karavan trailer from "Ratha Sochenda" with a square bolt style build. Could easily combine this style of build with his style to fit your liking. kzread.info/dash/bejne/iqV4mKZveZCucaw.html

How many 2 by 4s you had to buy?

I used 2x6s for a little bit more added stability. I cut them in half so total count was 5 2x6x8

How does that make any sense? 2x4 is 3 1/2" and 2x6 cut in half is 2 3/4".... the 2x4 is stronger then a 2x6 ripped in half lol
