No. Once you’re approved for the influencer program, you should go through the onsite commission approval process.
Hi Laura can you advise me. I made a video on a drone and submitted it. It was accepted and published. I then noticed the cover photo wasn’t showing the product so I cropped it so the product was visible. This time when I submitted it, it was rejected saying I was giving false medical advice. I’m confused as firstly it had already been accepted and secondly I’m reading facts about how the drone works. No where is there any medical advice. Can Amazon get it wrong sometimes? I’m worried as this is my first video and I don’t want my account compromised

I uploaded my 3 of 3 videos on 7/19/2024. I am still waiting. I hear it's taking upwards of 3 weeks. Does this stop me form checking everyday, several times a day? NOPE. I wish they would update their turn-around time. It says 2-3 business days. Just change to 20-30 days. This way we have a realistic expectation.
Do you do an analysis of the products to decide if it's worth before making a video, or just do videos of everything you find at home?
Yes I definitely do research before!
What if I forgot to add tags when I uploaded my videos?

Once you are approved for onsite is Amazon or the brand choosing the video that gets featured? Will Amazon notify you if they decide to feature your video?
Amazon chooses. It will not notify you, but there are softwares you can use that show you if your videos are placed.

yes from my understanding you can use the same social media, but you want a new amazon account.

Hi, thank you for your video. I was not aware of the Creator Hub. I contacted Amazon support about onsite commissions and they advised me to go to my shop > click Create Content > upload video. I did this about 3 days ago and they are now showing as published. So does that mean that I should still go on to the Creator Hub to upload the 3 videos or will the 3 videos I uploaded via Manage Content eventually be transferred to the Creator Hub? Thank you for clarifying.
What is the difference in earning commission and onsite commission?
With the influencer program, there is offsite and onsite commissions. Offsite comes from links you share publicly (blogs, social media, etc.) and onsite (if approved) comes from your shoppable videos that are selected by and featured on the Amazon website/app product pages and other placements.

Hello! Madem , I have a question. I'm confused between the Amazon Influencer and Associate programs. Which one is better for generating more leads? If someone goes to the product page through my influencer storefront under these conditions, does the influencer program generate a cookie for 24 hours and he add to cart the product does cookie duration extand to 90 days or does only the associates program has cookie feature ?.
Do you have any experience with accidentally connecting the wrong Amazon account to your instagram and removing it so you can add the correct Amazon account? I’m going on a week now with zero help from Amazon customer service and idk where else to turn. 😢

I have uploaded my 3 videos and that bar says 2 of 3 videos. One of my 3 videos was rejected (shown under Status as rejected). Should I wait for the final approved/denied screen or upload a 4th video since one of my 3 was rejected?
i'd delete the rejected video and upload the 3rd.

This was super helpful ! One question - I uploaded my videos through my store front. I can see them on the creator hub page with the word "Manage" beside them, however, the bar at the top still reads 0 of 3 videos. Is it not acknowledging that I've uploaded them, or have they just not been approved? I can be patient as long as I know I did it right :)
The top should say 3/3 if you have 3 videos uploaded. How long are the videos?
I've been approved for the offsite commission, but I still do not know what to do.

I just got approved today, Thursday and submitted Monday. So, 3 days for Onsite Commissions on my first attempt. I used my Pixel phone and natural sunlight coming into the room with a simple background. I did add those videos onto my youtube account and linked my amazon store as well as my affiliate link to the products in the description. Each video was 1:40-1:55 minutes long. I shot some nice, panning B roll and even did a time lapse. Probably more than what was needed but I wanted it to get approved. I even took your advice to be more active on KZread, by commenting on channels that I get value from. I also worked on my store by making lists and ideas. I hope that helps!

Can you just do the videos on social media and send people to your front store via a link without adding videos to Amazon? That’s what I’m trying to do so far but no commission yet
Yes you can. That’s considered “offsite” with Amazon. It usually takes a lot of volume to see results.
I'm having trouble getting approved
How long does it take to get approved
I’m so confused because it’s been 4 weeks already since I submitted my 3 videos. The blue lock is still there…My videos show published and that they’ve been viewed 4 times but I never got notified of approval or denial. Do they do it through email or where do I look for that?

@@maritzag.7193 I submitted my videos on May 10 and finally on June 12 I got accepted finally! Don’t give up, and don’t re-submit any videos because you’ll start all over. So it took about nine weeks.
How do you reapply? Can you please make a video on what you did to reapply?
Just delete the 3 videos you had published that got denied to clear your storefront, then add 3 new videos.

Does the amazon review team look at your social media when they review your 3 videos?
From my understanding, yes they do.
