  How does the boiler know that the condenser is blocked because there is no sensors . Is it air pressure from fan thank you.

  I was a High Court Enforcement Agent for several years, but I come in peace. Cder group employ useless cunts mate. They are genuinely brain dead idiots. They have minimal power and they’ll never remove a vehicle. NEVER. They will clamp to use your vehicle as leverage, that’s it. A lot of the clients they work on behalf of (Councils etc) won’t let them remove vehicles. Leeds council for example. This fella was blagging you.

  Im involved with CDER group for council tax they are assholes to work with...they dont undastand peoples circumstances and im on universal credit which pays my council tax anyway.

  You can sue them, they don't have warrant or a court order, all they have is a letter from the council, I also have a FOIA response from BCC where they admit to funding TPT and NTEC. section 66 of the tribunal and courts act is your remedy.

  Pricing has always been a tricky one for me, obviously you want to keep working but it's important not to under sale yourself, took me a long time to know my worth, so I charge £85 per hour or £450 a day plus parts. A CP12 I can do in an hour including checking vessel pressure and a full strip down in two hours plus parts, I'm no VAT registered yet as I don't get enough work even with my website etc I still get people trying to haggle over prices with me and I truly test my patience. I know things are hard for people ATM but I'm in the same rubber dinghy and the bills never stop coming in. Do you think my pricing structure is fair, would love your feedback and I enjoy your videos, keep up the good work.

  Loved this honest vid about pricing. I'm only 3 years into boiler repairs but love that there isthat kind of money to be learnt out there once you're good enough on your own, rightly so. I paid £ 150 for a solicitor to watch me sign a document last week( 2 mins) No more guilt about charging appropriately to get someone's heating /hot water water back up and running

  I say this because I have to fault find one next week What I know is we don't get tools, and there are no gauges, so I have to fault find without ruling out the Expansion vessels pressure (unless the system is heating up) The only other things I think they.mihht try and trick me with is the temps set and/or the d1 d2 sizes and reg lengths

  In London you can register your vehicle for auto-payment on the TFL website, so the camera that's clocks you in the zone reads your plate and then automatically makes a deduction from your account. No more forgetting to pay, no more paying for the wrong day/date, no more fines. Surely they have a similar setup in Brum?
