I had a Nomad (AFX, early 70s, pink, of all colors). It’s a wagon. The button on the accelerator would dig into your thumb from pressing so long. By the mid-seventies, I was done with it all. But this brings back great memories - Model Motoring! The 60s and 70s were great. HO cars, Hot Wheels, Matchbox - the kids today don’t know the fun they missed. There’s a lot to be said for simple fun. Thanks for posting.

Shooting hint, don't try to follow the car. Back up and get the whole track, or go low near a straightaway. The Buicks are newer Johnny Lightning/Auto World bodies on an Aurora chassis. Always be sure to note such things. As a collector, you always want to present the most accurate information. Isn't the sound box awful!? Great police car. That particular State Police version used to be considered scarce, then a huge cache of NOS came to market a few years ago and the body can now be found under $15. It's still the most attractive of the paint jobs and worth having, especially with the radar gun intact. Thanks for the fun video.
