She is not done giving birth yet. She is still in labor. The way she is breathing says she is still in labor and having contractions. Dogs, cats and other small mammals have litters. I don't know of a dog or domestic cat breed that only has one offspring per pregnancy. Look at the size of her abdomen, there are more puppies in there.

Funny to watch how the German Shepherd tried to be Diplomatic with calming the white dog down. But just like with humans, the situation required a more firm approach by mama dog. 🐶

Up until 2:20 it seems like there was a lot of de-escalation being done by the Mom and the other doggies. Then the Mom brings down the hammer, so to speak.

This was the Id$&t owner whin didn't put blankets under the babies so they can have grip. Just let them slide and struggle for their. Horrible Owner! They should take the Mommy cat and kittens away and give them to a smarter family who will make sure they drink milk properly with a blanket under them so they don't struggle!
