  I wouldn't want the laundry in the master bedroom. Don't want a second floor unless I put up there a spare bedroom for guests. Need three rooms and additional office room. Would like a laundry accessible to all occupants. I don't need 8 garages, only two.

  I have been in contact with build max, so far pretty good. What I like is they include interior framing materials, doors, windows with the price. We are working on BM1600. Prices for Kentucky is $65-$70k this is for the shell only. No drywall and fixtures etc…

  We will be doing this plan, BUT 3 bedrooms and bath upstairs, will have unfinished basement. Adding a breezeway between the living area and garage. Also adding a cover to back of it above the dining room area

  Seems rather sterile with so much white, would add reclaimed wood or color to the interior. The white in areas without feeling like you're in a hospital.

  Sick I love it I would like to add a in ground storm shelter inside the house for 10 plus people and a 4 stall horse barn attached to back of garage so that I could literally walk thru my home to my horse barn and I’ll need a dog wash inside garage area.   Thank you for making this video! I’m in the planning process. Do they send you a kit, is that apart of what they can do, or do they only sell floor plans? I want a kit build sent to me, (I’m in riverside, CA) then from there I’ll have a contractor/subcontractor and all the licensed people come out and do the plumbing, electrical, etc. Do you know who will do the closed cell foam spray? Will buildmax provide that too? I just sent them an inquiry, so I should talk to them soon. Thx for you help!

  That walk in closet in the bathroom ruined this plan. Putting your clothing in a high moisture area is just asking for trouble with mold and mildew. Been there done that and will never live in another house with a clothing closet in the bathroom. The clothing you wear regularly isn't the issue. Its the seasonal stuff like winter coats, sweaters, etc. Stuff you hang up and leave for months on end until you need it again. Edit: Did some digging on the original website. Only one plan has the master closet after the bathroom. A second plan has it before the bathroom. Slightly better but still could be and issue. Then there is a third plan that has the closet splint in two, his and hers, with a short hallway down the middle leading to the bathroom. This is the better approach in my opinion. I will give props for a dedicated mechanical room. Most home designers don't bother to leave any room for mechanical stuff let alone a dedicated room for it.

  Only thing I wish I knew what the size of the closet spaces was before I bought the planes !! And the bedrooms upstairs the closets look small !! I love that house tho I would have some more wood tones to warm it up tho
