Thank you for posting this. I am having trouble with finding a job because I am a recent college graduate with autism. I am having problems with one factor because most employers want people to have a drivers license, and the fact of me not able to drive is seriously hurting my chances of getting into a career. What can I do to get employers to call in my situation? How can I get help in my situation?

People make mistakes, but how you handle them matters. I know from experience. I had kinda gotten in a worker's face for touching crew members (let's call him Tom). *_Casual_* touches, like on arms or shoulders. He was always very outgoing and tactile at work. Still, I'd taken him to my colleague’s office for a chat and told him he shouldn't touch anyone without consent. Just handshakes. I said we needed the workers to be comfortable in a good work environment, that he pretty much shouldn't talk about anything other than work and school. How he shouldn't tell his stories because they may be inappropriate or upsetting (can't remember my words) to the other workers; funny to him only? I think he’s about 25, give or take. He seemed pretty quiet and uncomfortable during my speech. Answered a question or two with a nod and headshake. I even said to my present colleague "Is there anything you want to add?" I didn't realize how insensitive I was that day. And then what happened? Tom saved my life. It made me feel bad for being kinda tough on him. I mean, I was right in some ways, but even that can be irrelevant. It's better to be kind than right. I could've handled tom's mistakes better. Spoken to him one-on-one, in the hall or someplace, instead of putting him in the office with me and my colleague. No wonder he seemed uncomfortable. I should've been brief, delicate, and respectful. And I shouldn't have restricted him to work/school conversations and handshakes only. Filter is necessary, of course, and as long as the coworkers gets along well with Tom and are outgoing, I guess a friendly tap or whatever isn't a big deal. Just depends on whom and how much. I'm gonna apologize to Tom for being kind of a jerk to him.

I have a boss who only their lips work, they're obviously blind to the workplace culture, def because they don't listen, and must be on their death bed because they definitely don't show us what we're supposed to do.

Code of conduct is important including being sensitive with your co workers. I had to break up my friendship because of coworker x insulting my job ethic. Any coworker being professional goes a long way with me. Because of this, I’m more stern & honest.

WHO is intentional misinformation as usual. Stress is a biophysical function of the plasmatic fluids, surface tension and internal pressure, depending on expansion and contraction of the corpuscular grain of the body plasma besides the organism as a whole, the management of which is a matter of plasmatic tensile strength and more than anything else, healthy circulation, besides cognitive coping skills. Wilhelm Reich's definition of emotion as this expanding and contracting pulsation is used in both animal psychology and plant psychology. There's a great video circulating on yt, Seifritz on Protoplasm, corroborating Reich's findings of plasmatic movement independent of the psyche, if not the psyche being dependent on plasmatic movement. Both Reich and Seifritz as well as many other scholars engaged in breakthrough of biology into biophysics are censored and smeared by the corporate espionage of Big Pharma - natural liberated energy that alieves ailments cannot be patented.
