I’m sure the steering wheel column is still in someone’s basement as a trophy. Some modern cars have steering wheel code… I’m not sure about his car. Small Towns with Small Populations are the best places for serial killers and criminal cops to flourish. The family should probably check the RCMP / community to see who owns kayaks, or, any small boat.
