Draw a straight line on the floor and mark the center of tbe frame .. line them up to get a better reference. I like your design but it looks like it needs a little more bracing for strength

Thanks, I have done quite a bit since this, just need to edit the video's, got a power unit from vevor, it's a power up, power down unit but I don't like the way the bed comes down, it comes down a bit to fast so I need to figure out how to slow the hydraulic fluid flow on the downward side.

Great tip for straightening bits. Part of the reason many holes helps is that metal needs heat to bend easily

Yea I see some people do that, Do you use the same blade for both or a different blade for aluminum ?

@@NevesProjects I usually use a high tooth carbide blade but I don't apply too much pressure. If the blade is aggressive, people just flip the blade and it will cut in reverse but it's also a good way to knock the carbide out if the blade gets a shock load. I am sure princess auto has some cheap blades to try it out with. I always take mine to the scrap yard to pick up cheap aluminum, it has cut angle and 3/4 plate to fit into the car or van.

They do, plus I take the back off the ovens and grab the wires going to the knobs, throw those in a bucket as they are and they pay about $1.50lb, then I also get money for the metal, ounce I have a trailer load I take it to scrap yard and buy me some toys 😊

You have done a great job.As you mentioned in the video this build is not really a good idea as welding is involved and other modifications,and you have to ask yourself is it really worth all that effort ? Thanks for making the video.
