LOL, NO WORRIES about "mistakes"!!! Nothing is obvious! The only ones obvious to me are the Cybertruck (yawn), and the 1963 Ford Thunderbird "Sports Roadster" convertible....the difference between a standard Thunderbird convertible and the Sports Roadster was a removable fiberglass tonneau cover that could be placed over the rear seats to give it a two seater look / function. But the real Sports Roadster had the rear fender skirts deleted because the models had Keysey-Hayes-brand wire wheels that would not clear the skirts like standard hubcaps. Of course I am sure some people would have deleted the spinner wires for the plain hubcaps, and put a set of fender skirts on. Greenlight has a '65 version in white as part of the Hobby Series from a couple years ago. As much as I love a good Cadillac, I am absolutely sick of '59 models, especially pink! It's a stereotype. Only one company has done a '59 properly, and that is M2 Machines / Castline. Great details and proper scale. Glad to see the Aston Martin V8 come to life, although I wonder if this was done simultaneously as the Hot Wheels version for the recent "No Time to Die" / James Bond Car Culture series? LOL, I love the Cabriolet too!!! Very popular here in the US in the 1980s and 1990s. I remember a college friend had a green one. Got lots of girls that way, I think, or did he have some charms I didn't get? Someone probably told you the Moving Parts convertible with the forward opening hood / bonnet is a Triumph Spitfire. Knew an older lady who had a "Russet" (brown!) model that she got when she was much younger and single. I watched the Lamley presentation, but missed the 70s Chevy Blazer. It seems a little late to the party as so many companies have done this model recently, but I am sure the details will be excellent. It will be worth considering......For me, the Moving Parts is THE best Matchbox line. PERIOD! I grew up with most diecast having moving parts, and I understand why they stopped (cut engineering and manufacturing costs to keep from raising prices), but it got the point that you can only keep charging no more than one dollar for a Matchbox car for so long. I am HAPPY to pay this higher price for a much better and FUN vehicle! Thank you, Paul!!! You are the best channel because the community can just enjoy a peaceful and fun hobby!

The Matchbox Moving Parts set has absolutely no losers / waste. I may just buy the set online. Well, the Tesla is sort of waste because it has overstayed its welcome, but I still want it. The Chevy Corvan pickup is something I love. Greenlight announced one in their catalog (circa 2016), but apparently that is shelved or completely abandoned. Not complaining because Matchbox seems to have got it right on the money with the accurate color combo and side load door! So cool! Also LOVING the Triumph Spitfire! Glad to see it is Moving Parts because that seems to really "make" a lot of these models come to life. I'd happily buy Matchbox at that price point if this is what we always got. No cheating on size, details, etc to squeeze the costs out. Hmm, the 10th Anniversary of what at Tomica? This line? Good question, Paul, and an even greater presentation of the news! Thank you.

Pretty sure SM Toy Kingdom will get the majority of the evo tacoma or anything JDM then Roys R Us will get the leftovers and smaller stores will get crumbs which will be swept up by resellers.

The 10 cars that Tomica releases are for their 10th Premium Anniversary, so i'm not sure why you don't understand why they bring these back as they *say* they were discontinued so that's probably the reason. The new "Moving Parts" mix has cool models on it, the ones i'm most interested in are the '69 Triumph Spitfire, '65 Land Rover Series II FC, 2024 Mercedes G580 EQ and the '61 Corvair Rampside Truck.i Also look forward to their mainline releases like the '64 Jeep Wagoneer and '85 Nissan Pathfinder. Favorite car from this vid: '65 Land Rover Series II FC. Thanks for the update.

I would really like to get my hands on that Triumph Spitfire! Regarding Tomica Premium, I agree with you, it's very disappointing to see that instead of new releases, which seem more and more uncommon these days, they're just rehashing their old ones. That said, I'd love to see a repaint of the Honda NSX Type S which I think deserves better than just that charcoal gray release.

Daily Dose, it's insane how Tomica refuses to put side mirrors even on their premium models. They shifted production out of Japan years ago so they're definitely taking advantage of cheaper, foreign labour.

I'm just wondering if you're referring to the 1969 Triumph TR6? That one is different from this one. The TR6 has an opening hood, while this one seems to have the entire front end tilt forward.

The first car is a 62-63 Ford Thunderbird, the next one Lind of looks like a Challenger in the front but the roofline is off, the green car looks like a Jaguar XJ220, black car looks like a 1970ish Triumph spitfire, green SUV possibly a Mitsubishi Monterey, multicolor car I don’t recognize.

Matchbox seems to be coming strong for 2025 and i like the new card art (slightly revised logo, cars on the artwork facing right instead of left). At 04:59 is the Ford Thunderbird and next to it is the 2024 Dodge Charger Daytona. At 6:03 is the Jaguar XJ220 and at 07:23 is VW Golf in some weird colors. The Gas Station from 'More Art' looks cool. Dioramas are generally cool, especially if you have the space for them. The RX7s from "Master" look nice, the red and yellow-blue are my faves here. Thanks for the new info.

I think the yellow Evo was still in prototype stage that's why no taillight detail and HWs wheels. 1st car you asked for help with is a early 60s Thunderbird (not sure of exact year. The car next to it with door open is the new Dodge charger. The blue car you kept referring to as a Mustang is an Aston Martin. The green car behind the pink Cadillac is a Jag. Black car on top shelf with hood open is a Triumph Spitfire. The multi color VW is a Harlequin edition and they are very valuable, they made them as Polos & Golfs. I really like the VW Cabrio, it looks like they're putting a lot of detail in the interior.

Lambo next to the Cybertruck looks like the Revuelto. Blue convertible is a Ford Thunderbird, and the car immediately next to it is the new Dodge Charger... Possibly, the new Charger EV. Fairly certain the blue car next to the red chopper is actually an Aston Martin Vantage. But I can see how it could easily be mistaken for a Mustang. Green car after the pink Cadillac is the Jaguar XJ220! I have been waiting for a decent 1/64 version and it looks like Matchbox has delivered. Much better than the Hot Wheels casting with the oversized rear wheels. Haven't been this excited for Matchbox cars for some time. Looking real good! 👌

digging that 1970 Citroen 2CV. Looks like it has the classic Hot Wheels forward stance. I love that look. I like the idea of the VW id Buzz actually having a colored roof instead of just smoked black plastic. I hope that roof is metal. Aren't we getting a ZAMAC Cyber truck in Hot Wheels Rolling Metal series. Not the Dark Horse? I only like the Mazda RX3 from the japan Historics. I'd rather hunt for the P case JDMs we are getting this year. thanx fr the showcase.

Love it, Paul, thank you! There are more, but you may be saving that for another episode. The 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle wagon is a MUST HAVE for me, and most excited about that....my preference is always 60s and 70s car, especially American ones. The BMW 7 Series is a great choice, but hope it is the "right" size and actually very close to 1/64, rather than 1/72 or something smaller. I'm sure Mini GT will offer this, so I won't worry if I don't like the Matchbox version. Matchbox cars always have their place for budgets, and keeping the hobby accessible to most people. The Toyota Century was a surprise, but the West seems to have finally been clued in to this magnificent vehicle. Majorette produced one so awesome that I ordered it from Asia and paid the higher postage just to see it. The Majorette is magnificent and has opening doors, BUT....the Matchbox is a Moving Parts model and has an opening trunk!!! When I was a kid, I was fascinated by the rare Matchbox cars that had an opening trunk, which were all before my time in the 1960s. It was always big luxury cars like the Lincoln Continental, the Rolls Royce Phantom V, the Rolls Silver Shadow sedan and convertible, and the Mercedes 300SE. The rich like to load all their golf clubs in there for the trip to the country club, or the space is needed for when they get picked up at the airport on an overseas flight. There is a Land Rover Defender 130 that is also coming out (might be Moving Parts) that I am looking forward to seeing. I think the long 130 is the best of the Defender triplets (the other two are the 90 and 110). Thanks so much for the report.
