It's all fiat money. No country has value backed money. It exists partly in paper and coin but most of it exists in cyberspace by the push of the button. If a representation of wealth was backed by actual value, i.e., gold or similarly backed dollar, then everyone would be able to track the financial system in debits and credits. Meaning, if you sell one stock, you buy another. Or, if you sell stock to buy commodities, i.e. food, clothes, stocks would go down and the cash in commodities would be up. Having a fiat system makes people who aren't in the financial system have a distorted view on what has value while these elite bankers, owners, and their co-horts understand fully. Hence, exactly why the 1% have more value than the 99% and the gap between the two get wider and wider. An old saying that's appropriate is "Figures lie and liars figure." This is an obvious scam by the liars.

A 3% drop over a couple days is not a crash. These markets have gone up 800% since 2010. Guess stocks are now considered no risk, ultra high yield savings accounts. The reality is, stocks were historically filled with risk and averaged just 6-7% annual returns over 200 years. We are so melted up beyond any extreme deviation now. In fact, prior to the advent of 401K, 80% of people never invested in them as it was considered too risky for middle income slaves

The big problem isn't really if the stocks crash, business's bottom line is good, amount in savings, checking, 401k, or how much currency is available in the system. The biggest problem is that today's money, in every country, is worth literally nothing other than that people believe it. The people that run it all understand that while the majority of people use money for consumables at places they own and consolidated, the people in the know are buying tangible assets and hiding valuables in offshore vaults and Foundations. Paying taxes goes from the collection institutions right back to them. Things like land, and art, and precious metals, energy producers, things that have value that you can touch. They manipulate money by pushing a button on a computer. If the Fed decides to create or destroy money, it has a devastating effect on the system, mostly affecting us. That can happen at any given moment subject to a whim.
