  So, I completed 10 good karma missions and 2 evil karma... But, I want to complete the remaining 3 evil karma missions on the Historical district, not the remaining 3 good missions. Is it because I didn't perform any evil mission on Warren that Sasha won't talk to me on the Historical district, even if I was at the Infamous karma ?

  Ya u have to stick with only the evil karma missions to get the others to open. If u do a good mission it'll throw it all out of whack and u lose the option on some of them
