  Hi Zinedine! This was pretty much a last-minute planned trip and so there weren't any cars left on the online rental websites. We have a detailed itinerary/blog (link in the description box) with more details on our car rental experience and just the whole road trip in general!   I got curious on your question, so i researched a bit. Seems like if you have a 10 years visa on UAE , than you can visit Albania. No other visas required
