Just a guy who likes to chill and play video games both new, classic and retro. No ridiculous stakes, no try-hard drama just pure gameplay.

I love this game I have beaten it 3 times.
This quest always gave this bug so you can bet on all the chickens a little or a lot of gold you never win and the quest never ends. You will stay there spending all your gold and you will never finish it. I never figured out how to finish it and I never saw any video of it finished.
OK, So the reason I was confused is due to what I had seen prior being the advance difficulty mode with FOW and different starting units. Teaches me a lesson for having a sneak peak at the next mission and then getting wrong Intel haha
Thanks for sharing!!!
great
Nice man
I was surprised that Square Enix didn't get sighted for self-plagiarism as the scene involving Laeticia getting gassed into unconsciousness in the hands of Neyan is similar to Bartz being gassed from X-Death's minions in Final Fantasy V. It also copied off "Tales of Xillia" where Elena gets electrocuted much like Milia Maxwell. Its bad enough that "Star Ocean - The Divine Force" uses elements from "Captain Power and the Soldiers of the Future" such as living autonomous machines and an arch villain that sounds like Lord Dread, and now it copies off Final Fantasy V when Laeticia getting gassed into unconsciousness much like Bartz in X-Death's hands when he arrived in Galuf's world for the first time, and "Tales of Xillia" and "Star Wars - The Force Awakens" where Elena gets knocked out even though she didn't touch a taser or get hit. For someone in good physical shape like Princess Laeticia, you expect her to handle choking gas without being knock unconscious. In real life, a remote control wouldn't knock you out, which shows how weak Elena is.
Nice!! 😉👍
I love this! Thank you for sharing!

Arthur is legit
Got to respect the random gardening mid dragon battle.
When your urge for Horticulture outweighs the bloodlust
Awesome gameplay! Well done job! Thumbs up!
Nice to know the route you picked went about as well as Zapp's xD
I mean second route wasnt so bad xD Least I avoided the murder quarry somehow purely by lucky accident.
This was such a great entry to the franchise (aside from being a little buggy here and there). Can't wait to watch this playthrough bud! 10:27 you answered your own question about 10 seconds before that xD Shooting's a little janky on PC for the 3/NV engine as well (although not helped on console by using a controller). This is because they were straddling a path between Stats, VATS and Aiming - as your firearm stats improve you'll notice your aim outside of VATS does as well. Come Fallout 4 and they went with more of an FPS approach, reducing VATS to a glorified Crit button instead.
I remember really liking New Vegas when it first came out. Really hoping it holds up well. Remember replaying Fallout 3 a couple of years back and while still fun it visually was quite jarring at times with all its browns and grays. Always seen Fallout 3 onwards as 75% RPG rather than pure shooter honestly. Its too janky on console to be reliably judged as a shooter.
Thank you
Great

Good stream! If your around later, drop in on my stream later!
Playing thru this game now! Maybe you can stop in and check it out
Great work bro, i started uploading the series myself its really dope!
Hope you enjoy the game, it's a fun yarn
hi! how did you call Ba'ul? what buttons to press? I cant call him in nintendo switch 😭
Rotten Breath works best after a down or if you can sneak up on a group of enemies in my opinion. Do you know where you're taking your build yet? Last time you said Dex/Faith right?
Being able to spread Scarlet Rot sounds convenient however xD Most likely Dex/Faith But Possibly Dex/Arc depending on what gear I decide to go with long term
Damn! I thought Mirror Force was a limited card? Like you could only have one in your deck.
It used to be but since 2014 its now unrestricted I believe because there are counters to it. Was banned for a while if I remember correctly as well.
I've found the mounted combat some of the weakest so far, I almost feel it's like flailing around (no pun intended) trying to get a hit sometimes :/
I preferred your original 'I have no memory of this place' title ;) Your standard blaster is the Power Beam. 7:00 I strongly recommend getting in closer to them, melee countering them as they slam their pistons down and killing them with a shot or two. It makes them so much easier to handle and gives you back a lot of goodies! 8:50 New Ship Monthly? Laser Guns N' Ammo? 23:50 Chalk it up to not playing this game for a while!
The original description was "My love of the Halfling's powder has clearly slowed my mind" before editing it xD Yeah countering isnt something I'm thriving at so far.Doesnt help I'm not even seeing the cues half the time. She needs a Magazine. I'd pace a hole in the floor!
Yeah the standard controller sucks but at least its not the N64 madness one... Biggest issue you're having though however is your trying to be fast when you need to be deliberate. Wall grabs are a like that, you were trying to do quicker inputs when maybe you just needed to give a second to complete the movement/wall cling.
Least the N64 one didnt ruin too many of the games back then. Fair point, maybe I need to slow down al little and stop trying to rapid input like in a souls game :(
It's been a lot easier to see what's going on in this one, looks like the adjustments are spot on. 42:28 when you stood still for a moment to double check you were out of range, I really expected him to swoop in from nowhere and wipe you. 43:40 I'm sorry. I knew exactly what was about to happen and laughed right along with you xD 45:55 Yep. More dangerous than a barrel of Dragons.
That 43:40 moment had me in stunned silent stitches haha Good to know some the the fine tuning on the settings has improved the video quality.
The lantern works pretty well in the darker caverns. Not *quite* as bright as a full torch, but having the extra hand free is certainly a help! Mind you, darkness seems to be a theme of this episode - sorry bud, but I really struggled to see what was going on sometimes!
Yeah, they reckon 40 Vigor is the sweet spot. Bit like DS2 there's a lot that relies on it. 35:58 xD Yep, the boars can be real dicks in this game.
I think I was around 40 when I hit Stormveil. 17:20 the thing I hate about those knights is their bullshit whirlwind aura. Killed me more than once and it was always a right pain.
I'd say 120-150 is probably a reasonable standard, but there are some people who've pushed their level above the 200 mark. 30:20 again, you might've already figured this out but if you press square in the menu to examine a recipe book it'll tell you what you can make from it. Useful with merchants as well to find out before you buy it. You can also sort items by Order of Acquisition by clicking L3, handy if you picked something up, didn't spot what it was called and it's gone to a tab with a lot of items in already. 34:08 My mind went to the exact same quote xD 57:00 I made the same mistake. Went about the same for me xD
So just thought I'd explain the issue I had this time around. I had a couple of days off from streaming prior to this and attempted to finetuned the settings in my OBS. However I must have knocked something because on the first attempt of this video the quality was at a lousy 480p. Luckily I backed up all my save on Elden Ring before streaming so was able to restore it. This is why in video I mention this is the second clear of Glintstone Dragon Smarag. Its my bad so I hope you'll forgive this one boss where the footage is none blind. As I was testing the footage I also accidentally lowered the Mic rather than the capture card when setting up this screen. This is why some of the microphone audio is unbearable over boss music. I apologize for any inconvenience or immersion loss and will try to get it sorted for next stream :)
0:05 if you like a lot of pale skin on your Tarnished join our club! 1:35 Barking Dog +1? 20:00 I got to that cave a lot earlier, it was one of the first places I explored. The Demi-Human Chiefs were much harder then! 35:15 your overconfidence is your weakness xD It looks like the dogs and birds in Caelid didn't skip leg day.
I need to spend some more time in creattor to be honest. Just rushed through at the start and Pale+Red Hair is my easy go to xD Can why, should have maybe spent more time in Limgrave pre Margit but its too easy to just roam the overworld looking for secrets haha Your faith in your friends is yours!
I'm still catching up on your playthrough so you might've already done this, but torchwise I'd recommend you pick up the lantern from one of the merchants. Hands free light!
That sounds awesome. Will definitely be following up on this when playing next!
hallo
Yeah... I fell for that trap too... those shrimp things hit far too hard :( You should recheck the ruins though, you missed a cool early weapon
I'm so glad I had some Vit investment before warping there. That Shrimp/Prawn magic looks hard to dodge
Yep, that trap caught me out too. I hightailed it out of there very quickly.
I can't overemphasise how strong the melee counter ability is. Use it on any enemy flashing white (including those robots at 12:30) and you'll have a much easier time of them. Otherwise they're big damage sponges! 36:40 I know, right? xD
Nicely done, that went very smoothly! Bleed seems very powerful :D You might know by now, but if you hold Triangle you have a pouch of 'quick access' items - you can find them by opening your menu and looking on the right. It's worth mapping Torrent to one of those for quicker getaways.
That I did not know! Sounds like something I'll have to look into :D
@@behemothemperor it's well worth it for 'quick access' items - Torrent, bombs, greases, that kind of thing.
3:30 Aw man, if I knew you wanted another you could've had mine! I've heard tale there's an NPC you can use for Respecing, haven't found them myself so far yet. 37:15 I'm still using DS terminology in my head even 10 hours in. Look for the spirit springs when you're on horseback and dropping down, you can avoid taking damage with them pretty nicely. 43:45 IIRC try coming back at night.
